With our personalized approach to medical aesthetics, we invite you to Cultivate your beauty, inside and out.
Hi, I’m Ashley Scheil, and I’m the owner of Cultivate Aesthetics. I am a doctorate-level certified registered nurse anesthetist (DNP, CRNA) and advanced practice registered nurse, who also specializes in medical aesthetics. I was trained by the nationally recognized program with Beautiphi Academy as a certified aesthetic injector.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Purdue University in 2012. After more than 5 years of experience as a surgical intensive care nurse at the VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, I went on to graduate with my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Marian University in 2020. Since then, I have provided anesthesia for all patient populations and in all types of surgical settings, placing safety, comfort, and communication at the top of my core values of care. These same values translate to my philosophy for your care at Cultivate Aesthetics.
As a wife and mom, I understand how important self-care is for our overall health. We know we need to take care of the insides of our bodies, so taking care of the outside of our bodies should be no different. When we can do things to improve the way we feel about ourselves, our mental, emotional, and physical health can improve as well.
Hi, I’m Kim Anderson, and I’m the nurse practitioner for Cultivate Aesthetics. I am a masters-level family nurse practitioner (MSN, FNP-C) and advanced practice registered nurse.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Purdue University in 2012. After more than 7 years of experience as a nurse in Indianapolis, I went on to graduate with my Masters of Science in Nursing degree from IUPUI in 2019. Since then, I have provided acute and primary care for all types of patient populations in the outpatient setting.
At Cultivate Aesthetics, it is my job to go over your health history with you to make sure it is safe to undergo our cosmetic medical procedures. I will answer any of your health concerns related to our practice and treatment options during our virtual visit, typically lasting around 10-15 minutes. This visit with me is required for all new patients and once per year for current patients.
