WHY FILLERS?

The facial fillers used at Cultivate Aesthetics are made from hyaluronic acid. The use of fillers can improve and even eliminate wrinkles, plump and hydrate lips, replace soft-tissue and bone volume loss, raise scar depressions, and improve creases and folds of the face. As we age, our skin becomes more susceptible to wrinkles and fine lines, especially due to sun damage and muscle movement. Facial fillers provide a solution to such damage through facial injections.

Cheek Filler / Mid-face

average dose - 1-3 syringes

Filler is used to lift and contour the cheeks. This treatment diminishes the appearance of the nasolabial folds (laugh lines) by improving the volume loss of the mid-face. This is usually the first area we recommend treating when patients have concerns about deep crows feet and lower face lines and wrinkles.

Lip Plump

Whether you want subtle volume or significantly fuller lips, we are confident we have the right treatment for you. We will decide together which filler is best for you based on your goals. Numbing cream is provided prior to treatment. A dental block with injected local anesthetic can be added for improved comfort.

Filler is used strategically to hydrate the lips and soften vertical lines around the mouth. We lose volume in our lips over time, which can often add to an aging appearance. This treatment will immediately give your lips that youthful, structured shape you used to have!

What is filler?

The facial fillers used at Cultivate Aesthetics are made from hyaluronic acid. The use of fillers are known to eliminate wrinkles, plump and hydrate lips, replace volume loss, improve scar depressions, and volumize creases and folds of the face. As we age, our skin becomes more susceptible to wrinkles and fine lines, especially due to sun damage and muscle movement. Facial fillers provide a solution to such damage through facial injections.

How much does filler cost?

Because everyone’s needs are different, and with such a wide variety of treatments involving filler, a personal consultation is the best way to establish cost. This cost not only reflects the price of the product, but also the skill, knowledge and expertise of the medical injector. We do not price match.

When will I see results?

Results are visible immediately after treatment. The healing process then begins which involves swelling for about 3-7 days depending on the amount injected, area injected, and how your body reacts to the procedure. The product then settles and you’ll enjoy your final results about 2-3 weeks after injections. Please give yourself a minimum of 2 weeks before any events or vacations in case of residual bruising and swelling.

How long do results last?

Cultivate Aesthetics filler treatments differs from person to person and from treatment to treatment. Because the product is being injected into the body, some bodies may metabolize the product faster than others. See below for average duration based on treatment:

Cheek Filler: 9-18 months +

Lip Filler: 6-12 months +

Earlobe Filler: 9-18 months +

How many treatments will I need?

Facial fillers are a temporary solution, and therefore to maintain results, treatments will need to be administered on a recurring basis (see Cultivate Aesthetics info above).

Will I need time to recover?

Bruising is possible, plan 2-3 weeks ahead of any events/vacations.
